    102236 - Stay Fit Walking

    This program is designed to get participants walking (or running!). Check-in at the Viaero Center any day Monday-Friday between 8:30am-3:30pm and record your laps. Participants will be notifed of certain days where guest speakers will come in and discuss various topics that will assist you with your ftness journey. All participants will receive a shirt and are asked to attend the frst day, Monday, June 3, at 8:30am at the Viaero Center to go over details of the program and receive your long sleeve t-shirt. Random prizes will be given away every other week to people who record a certain number of laps every two weeks.
