    102248 - Art Explorers

    This inclusive program is designed for adults with cognitive / developmental disabilities, but everyone is welcome! The focus will be on exploring the possibilities of art and self-expression through drawing, painting, collage, and more! Certified K-12 Art Teacher, Becki Evers, will help participants express their creativity in this fun-filled class. If a participant has any special needs that require accommodations in order to fully participate, please complete an Intake From that is available at the KPR Office.

    102250 - Gentle Flow

    Gentle Flow is open to all levels of practice and abilities and is especially great for beginners or those searching for the therapeutic benefits of yoga and mindfulness. This soothing gentle practice focuses on moving into basic yoga poses while using the breath as a tool to remain present and mindful. Expect lots of stretching and lengthening with a heavy dose of relaxation and some aromatherapy to wrap up your practice. Sweet & Steady Prana Flow is a mixture of Vinyasa style flow with some longer holds providing guidance on alignment, breath and mindfulness while encouraging you to feel your practice from the inside out. We will move from seated to standing poses without support. Class will build strength, flexibility and balance, ending with a guided mindfulness relaxation practice. Classes are taught by Beth Reynolds certified Hatha Yoga Teacher and registered instructor with the Yoga Alliance. Harmon Park Activity Center.
