    202215 - Stay Fit Walk

    This program is designed to get participants walking (or running!). Check-in at the Viaero Center any day Monday-Friday between 8:30am-3:30pm and record your laps. Participants will be notifed of certain days where guest speakers will come in and discuss various topics that will assist you with your ftness journey. All participants will receive a shirt and are asked to attend the frst day, Monday, October 15th, at 8:30am at the Viaero Center to go over details of the program and receive your long sleeve t-shirt. Random prizes will be given away every other week to people who record a certain number of laps every two weeks.

    202218 - Gentle Flow

    Open to all levels of practice and abilities (must be able to move from the ?oor to standing) and is especially great for beginners or those searching for the therapeutic benefts of yoga and mindfulness. This soothing gentle practice focuses on moving into basic yoga poses while using the breath as a tool to remain present and mindful. The pace of this allows you to enjoy each pose. Expect lots of stretching and lengthening with a heavy dose of relaxation and some aromatherapy to wrap up your practice. Leave feeling great and energized for the Holidays. Class is taught by Beth Reynolds-Lewis, certifed Yoga Teacher and registered instructor with the Yoga Alliance.
