    202218 - Gentle Flow

    Open to all levels of practice and abilities (must be able to move from the ?oor to standing) and is especially great for beginners or those searching for the therapeutic benefts of yoga and mindfulness. This soothing gentle practice focuses on moving into basic yoga poses while using the breath as a tool to remain present and mindful. The pace of this allows you to enjoy each pose. Expect lots of stretching and lengthening with a heavy dose of relaxation and some aromatherapy to wrap up your practice. Leave feeling great and energized for the Holidays. Class is taught by Beth Reynolds-Lewis, certifed Yoga Teacher and registered instructor with the Yoga Alliance.
