    302216 - Intro to Reiki

    Ages 18 & older. Are you Curious about Reiki? Come learn more about the history and how this Japanese form of self-care promotes deep relaxation and healing. We will learn and discuss how energy works within our bodies and how to use this knowledge to easily promote wellbeing and health. Please dress in comfortable clothes as we will be doing some very light movement. Classes are taught by Beth Reynolds-Lewis, Master Level Reiki Practitioner.

    302221 - Gentle Flow

    Open to all levels of practice and abilities (must be able to move from the floor to standing) and is especially great for beginners or those searching for the therapeutic benefts of yoga and mindfulness. This soothing gentle practice focuses on moving into basic yoga poses while using the breath as a tool to remain present and mindful. The pace of this allows you to enjoy each pose. Expect lots of stretching and lengthening with a heavy dose of relaxation and some aromatherapy to wrap up your practice. Leave feeling great and energized for the Holidays. Class is taught by Beth Reynolds-Lewis, certifed Yoga Teacher and registered instructor with the Yoga Alliance.

    302231 - Stay Fit Walking

    This program is designed to get participants walking (or running!). Check-in at the Viaero Center any day Monday-Friday between 8:30am-3:30pm and record your laps. Participants will be notifed of certain days where guest speakers will come in and discuss various topics that will assist you with your ftness journey. All participants will receive a shirt and are asked to attend the frst day, Monday, January 14, at 8:30am at the Viaero Center to go over details of the program and receive your long sleeve t-shirt. Random prizes will be given away every other week to people who record a certain number of laps every two weeks.
